Deposit Policy

Due to the high demand for appointments, a credit card on file is required for all consultations and services at the time of booking. For appointments that require a deposit, please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid at the time of booking.

If you are a BonaVita Beauty Member, we are unable to deduct this deposit from your BonaVita Membership Bank.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations: You may call, text, or email to cancel your appointment. Please note that when requesting a cancellation for appointments requiring a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it reserves both your appointment time and our team’s resources.

  • Reschedules: You may call, text or email to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be honored one time as long as the new appointment is booked within 30 days. If the required notice is not met or you must reschedule for a second time, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Policy

BonaVita Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse/ cancel your appointment and/ or withhold your deposit under the following circumstances:
• Client does not arrive for appointment
• Client arrives more than 15 minutes late for an appointment

Weather Cancellation

BonaVita Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel your appointment due to inclement weather for the safety of staff and clients.

Pre-Booked Appointment Policy

To take advantage of our pre-booked incentive, an appointment must be scheduled for a future date during your current visit. Scheduling a pre-booked appointment is required to take advantage of special pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the high demand of appointments, the special pricing you receive for a pre-booked appointment, will not transfer if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Return + Refund Policy

Skincare products may be returned for credit to BonaVita Aesthetics within 14 days of purchase so long as they are unused and unopened. Open and/or used products will not be accepted as a return or for BonaVita Aesthetics credit at any time
