Your Questions, Answered

  • • Monthly membership fee: $100 (automatically charged to your card on the 1st of each month)
    • One-time enrollment fee: $50 (due when you join)
    • Annual membership fee: $50 (charged each year during your enrollment month)

    Please note: Enrollment and annual fees are administrative fees and cannot be used toward services or products.

  • Your BonaVita Wallet is where your monthly membership payments accumulate. You can use your available balance toward:

    • Aesthetic treatment
    • Medical-grade skincare products
    • Other qualifying services offered at BonaVita

  • No. As long as your membership remains active, your funds continue to roll over and never expire.

    If you cancel your membership, different rules apply (see Membership Policy).

  • Simply pay the remaining balance at the time of your appointment.

  • February, May, August & November

  • No. Membership funds cannot be applied toward cancellation or no-show fees.

  • If your payment doesn't process:

    Day 1: Initial payment attempt

    Day 2: Automatic retry

    Day 3: Our office will attempt to contact you.

    If payment is still not received, your membership will be terminated. If your membership is terminated due to non-payment:
    • Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited.
    • Membership discounts immediately end.

  • Yes.

    After completing the 4-month minimum commitment, you may cancel at any time by calling the office.

    Please note:
    •Cancellations must be made by phone.
    • Email, text message, social media messages, and other methods are not accepted.

  • No.

    Enrollment fees, annual membership fees, unused wallet funds, and unused seasonal perks are non-refundable and non-transferable.
